Are your diamonds certified?
Certainly! Our company's natural and lab-grown diamonds are verified and certified by reputable independent diamond grading laboratories. Each diamond also bears a unique inscription that matches the identification number on the accompanying laboratory certificate, ensuring authenticity and traceability.
Do you offer lab grown diamonds?
Our business presents a diverse selection of stunning lab-created diamonds that are equally as beautiful and share identical physical, optical, and chemical properties with natural diamonds.
Is my diamond laser inscribed?
Diamonds that have been graded by reputable organizations such as GIA, GCAL, HRD, and IGI are laser inscribed on the girdle with a distinctive identification number and/or symbol. This laser inscription serves as a reliable means of identifying a diamond, providing peace of mind for customers when making a diamond purchase.
Can I buy a setting without buying a diamond or a gemstone?
We exclusively offer settings for center gemstones when purchased in conjunction with a center stone from our inventory. Each setting is meticulously crafted to complement the unique qualities of the center gemstone, ensuring a high-quality final product. We do not provide semi-mounts or standalone settings, as our focus is on delivering a complete and exceptional piece of jewelry. Do you offer lab grown diamond ring settings?
In most of our jewelry styles, we ensure that the type of accent diamonds matches the type of center diamond chosen. So, if you opt for a lab-grown diamond as your center stone, the accent diamonds in your setting may also be lab-grown, as mentioned in the product description. However, unless otherwise indicated in their names or product details, all our wedding band stones are natural diamonds.
What types of metal do you use for your jewelry?
We are delighted to offer platinum, white gold, rose gold, and yellow gold as standard options for most of our styles. We also offer different karat options such as 14k and 18k for all the gold options.
What is the quality of your diamonds and other gemstones?
Except for the center stone, our uncertified smaller stones used in jewelry are generally of high quality, with color ranging from D-G and clarity ranging from Si1-Vs1. If you need further customization, please don't hesitate to contact us for more details.
I like a piece of jewelry I saw on your website, but could you perhaps make a minor adjustment for me?
As our items are made to order, we have the ability to customize any items to suit our customers' preferences. This includes options such as altering the precious metal, the finish, and the stones that are set. However, please note that items made of sterling silver cannot be altered.

We provide expert jewelry appraisals for insurance, estate planning, and other purposes on all of the jewelry we make. Our certified gemologists conduct thorough assessments based on current market values. To request an appraisal please let us know when making your purchase that you would like an appraisal to accompany your purchase.
Do you offer a warranty or guarantee on your jewelry?
We provide a comprehensive lifetime warranty on all our jewelry, which includes coverage for manufacturing defects or material issues. It does not cover lost or damaged items. If you encounter any problems with your jewelry, kindly reach out to us immediately, and we will promptly work to resolve the matter.
What is your return policy?
We strive for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your jewelry purchase, you may return it within 15 days for a full refund or exchange. Please note that the item must be unworn, in its original condition and packaging, and a receipt or proof of purchase will be required.

The ring size I ordered does not fit, do you offer ring resizing?
Yes! Everyone prefers to wear it a little differently, some women like their ring more snug while others like it to fit just right. We know that the sizing may not be perfect the first time so we offer one complimentary ring resizing after you purchase your ring.
